Can some one who read eleven minutes by the Paulo Coelho explain what he means by sex being a physical manifestation god, and how I can understand this? My friend said knowing this can be very useful.

I think that he means that sex is the ultimate means of creation and the pure essence of what god is in a traditional religious sense. Coelho means to say that sex is the closest you can get to god since sex is only way for humans to recreate and the the only way for humans to mirror the great power of creation which God is master of.
